Coffee Date

How can it already be the Sunday before Thanksgiving? I sear it was the first of November yesterday. Where did the time go? This month has been a whirlwind and I’m already feeling burned out. Thankfully, I didn’t go out on Friday night and barely left the house yesterday. I cleaned, cleaned, and cleaned – even vacuumed the couch, did laundry, put away my aired out and finally dry tent from last weekends adventure in the snow, did some work on a painting that’s in the works, gave the dog a bath, took a nap on the couch with the cat – we got to enjoy the finally finished 24-hour quilt that I started over a year ago and finished this month – it’s pretty awesome, transferred files from the PC to an external hard drive so that they’re safe, downloaded four books for the road trip (Destiny of the Republic by Candice Miller, The Homecoming of Samuel Lake by Jenny Winfield, O, Pioneers! by Willa Cather, and The Shoemaker’s Wife by Adriana Trigiani), prepped for some cyber holiday shopping this upcoming weekend, deep watered most of the plants – finishing the rest today, and a bunch of other little things.

Now, I’m having coffee and thinking about running to the store for a few things like milk and mason jars then getting the oil changed in the Subie. Plus, I need to get a few photos ordered from mix but I might just upload them and wait for their Black Friday Sale. It never ends. Haha!

Last week I found this recipe for a Pumpkin Icebox Pie with Snickerdoodle Crust and just about died.  This is soooo happening for Thanksgiving!!!

How has everyone been? What’s everyone’s plans for Thanksgiving?

Have a great Sunday guys!
